My work spans fine art, portraiture, and original stories.
Through painting, I explore identity, memory, and connection.
Through writing, I build worlds where imagination and resilience intertwine.
The two disciplines reflect one another: every brushstroke informs my storytelling, and every story shapes how I see color, texture, and form.
I create fine art and commissions for collectors, families, and exhibitions.
My paintings often balance realism with abstract emotion, inviting viewers to look beyond what is seen.
Each portrait or custom piece is a collaboration—a visual story told in color.
Writing allows me to explore similar themes through narrative form.
I’m currently developing two book series that reflect opposite ends of imagination:
Illustrated children’s books celebrating curiosity, creativity, and everyday magic.
A psychological horror and dark-fantasy series exploring the boundaries of light, loss, and courage.
I believe growth is an act of art. Every chapter of my life — from the daring to the disciplined — has shaped how I create and how I see the world. My work is rooted in evolution through wholeness—the courage to inhabit every version of myself and transform experience into expression.
I don’t erase my past; I refine it. I’ve been many things — artist, writer, performer, teacher, and student of human nature — and I bring the truth of each role into what I build today. Through story and color, I explore how resilience, imagination, and honesty can coexist without apology.
My name connects these worlds. It carries history, craft, and care—a reminder that reinvention isn’t about hiding where you’ve been, but honoring how far you’ve come.
My goal is to create art and stories that inspire connection—between artist and viewer, reader and page, and all the ways creativity brings people closer.
Whether through paint or prose, Kelley Maren Creative exists to honor curiosity and to make emotion visible.
My work has been displayed in regional galleries and art districts, most notably in the Las Vegas Arts District.
Each exhibition is an opportunity to meet collectors, artists, and viewers who see their own experiences reflected in my work.
